This Cookie Policy describes which cookies and similar technologies are used by the website prosecconow.it and how you can manage them.

This is an English translation provided for the convenience of international visitors. The legally binding version is the Italian one, available at prosecconow.it/cookie. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit send to your browser and that are stored on your device. They serve to make the site work or to improve its use. Similar technologies (such as the browser's localStorage) perform analogous functions even though they are not technically cookies.

2.1 Technical cookies (no consent required)

2.2 Third-party statistical cookies (consent required)

With your consent we use Microsoft Clarity, a service by Microsoft Corporation that shows us, in aggregated and anonymous form, how the app is used (pages viewed, navigation paths, points where users stop), so we can understand what is not working and fix it.

What Clarity does NOT see. The service is configured with Strict masking: everything you type — name, phone number, notes to the winery — is obscured before it leaves your device. We do not collect data that identifies you, and we do not use it for profiling or advertising. Microsoft acts as data processor; for more information see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Consent is requested through a banner when the app opens, with two equally prominent choices. If you decline, the app works exactly the same way: no feature is limited.

2.3 Profiling and advertising cookies

The Platform does NOT use profiling cookies, advertising pixels or tracking tools for marketing purposes. In particular, the following are NOT present:

If we introduce further third-party tools in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and include them in the prior consent banner, compliant with the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies of WhatsApp and external services. When you click the “Book now” button, you are redirected to the WhatsApp service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group). From that point onwards, any cookies set belong to WhatsApp/Meta on their own domains and are governed by their Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. Prosecconow does not install or read WhatsApp cookies on its own domains.

3. How to manage cookies

Technical cookies do not require consent. The statistical cookies described in section 2.2 are installed only if you accept them from the banner, and you can change your mind here at any time.
