The winery
Monban opens a window onto the world of Matteo Bisol, heir to a famous winemaking family whose roots go back to 1542.
With Monban, he chose to forge his own path: a small natural winery, working with spontaneous fermentation, minimal sulphites and no filtering, with ageing in the old concrete vats.
The results already speak for themselves: Slow Wine has named Monban one of the finest producers in the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene hills.
Crowned by a fifteenth-century tower, the historic Torre Montalban estate is the perfect backdrop for tasting Monban's wines — a treat for the eyes and the soul.
